My Therapeutic Services in Berlin & Online
Psychotherapy in Berlin (Prenzlauer Berg) - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
As a scientifically established psychotherapy method, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps with psychological disorders through the systematic processing of problematic patterns of thinking, feeling, and behavior. In our sessions, we work together to develop the foundation for self-determined action and new ways of dealing with difficulties to sustainably improve your quality of life.
Psychotherapy in English
In my Berlin practice and online, I offer psychotherapy in English. This is intended for international clients, expatriates/expats, and English-speaking residents of Berlin who seek therapeutic support in their preferred language.
Coaching & Psychological Counseling
In addition to traditional psychotherapy, I also offer psychological counseling and coaching for current challenges, decision-making processes, or the desire for personal development. These services are designed for people who do not have a clinically relevant psychological disorder but would still benefit from professional support.
Online Therapy & Online Sessions
If the prerequisites are met, there is the possibility of conducting online therapy or online sessions through my practice in Berlin. This allows you to receive flexible therapeutic support regardless of your location.
A Science-Based & Individualized Approach to Therapy
My integrative therapeutic approach combines proven methods of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with modern concepts from the so-called 'Third Wave' of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Schema Therapy, all aligned with the latest findings in psychotherapeutic research.
As a psychotherapist, it is particularly important to me not only to help alleviate symptoms such as depression, anxiety, or burnout, but also to work with you to develop a deeper understanding of your internal processes. This therapeutic approach helps you find constructive ways to deal with distressing thoughts and feelings.
In my psychotherapeutic practice, I integrate elements of parts work, where we view the different aspects of your personality with appreciation and curiosity – an approach that allows for better understanding and integration of internal conflicts, often the key to sustainable mental health.
I prioritize placing your individual values and goals at the center of therapy. Through the integration of mindfulness exercises and value-oriented interventions, we work together to develop ways for you to live a life that aligns with your personal vision.
In the safe therapeutic environment of my psychotherapy practice in Berlin (Prenzlauer Berg), I meet you with empathy, openness, and professional competence. Each therapeutic process is as unique as the individual – accordingly, your therapy will be personalized and needs-oriented.
